Intro 2: Your 3 Week Deep Healing and Personal Power Activation is HERE!
Hello and welcome!
In this section I’ll explain how to use this course to your most profound benefit- by taking the first 3 weeks to heal your inner child and past trauma and programming, reset your nervous system and emotional reactions, and activate your personal power.
You’ll get the most out of this course by taking the first three weeks to build the habit of showing up for yourself- by healing and loving yourself on a deep, nervous system level. Your nervous system is one of the secret things that actually keeps you in old patterns as it tries to protect you from past events. The rest of the habits training hinges on you taking the time to slow down, make some observations, and catch up to where you actually are in your current reality: safe, loved, capable, and worthy.
Due to the nature of this course, DO NOT start in on your new habit until you have taken the first three weeks to heal and reset. Right now you want to practice the art of showing up for yourself (one of the most important baby steps, but this one’s actually kinda huge), which will transfer into you even being able to ditch old patterns and show up for your wanted habits, thoughts, beliefs, and goals!
This is step one, and it can’t be skipped!
Jumping into the new routine of healing and loving yourself while also taking on a new habit at the same time complicates things quite a bit, and may be too much to juggle for your re-entry onto this deeper personal change.
If you do dive into your new habit before the 1st three week activation and feel yourself slipping, let the habit off the hook (if it’s safe to do do) just long enough to complete your 3 week healing and power activation. Then you can come right back to it for your next 3 weeks and rock it like never before!

Changing too much at once is a recipe for overwhelm, which may lead to shutdown, and finding yourself trapped in old patterns once again. We’re aiming for success and habit freedom! So take it easy on yourself and take heart: just committing to the 1st 3 weeks of healing and personal power activation is a profound, life changing commitment, and a GIANT leap into your new life. First things first, right?
It will change your life forever if you take it one doable step at a time, and do things in the correct order. On the other hand, when you shut down from taking on too much at once, you stop trying for your new habit, thought, belief, or goal because you feel like giving up. AND it makes it less likely for you to try again in the future! Yikes! So take a minute right now to commit to three weeks of healing and loving yourself, and engaging your personal power on a new level- before starting to change yourself.
Also, you will likely notice certain patterns starting to clear up on their own- with less effort- once you’re a couple of weeks into your healing activation.
That said, here’s a step by step explanation of how to use this course to your greatest benefit:
1) Take some time to get familiar with all of the bonuses. I know there’s a lot of content here and it can look overwhelming, but it’s actually quite simple. I’m here to help you pace yourself and get the very most out of it! All bonuses and other lessons will be delivered to your inbox in digestible chunks. So whitelist our email (or at least check that little star beside the email in your inox) and add us to your address book and keep an eye out!
Experiment to see which healing and rewiring techniques from the bonuses section are most effective for you personally. These are your personal power activation tools and they’re backed by science and research, just like all the content in the course!
Note: the “Chain of Fools” e book is approximately 20 pages. You don’t have to finish it before moving into your healing and taking the lessons, but try to read about 5-10 pages a day on the side until you’ve finished it. It’s an easy and enjoyable read.
2) Get familiar with the EFT tapping videos right away. Be sure to specifically use the ~10 minute tapping meditation on “stuckness” offered in your Tapping Meditation Portal at least once every day, unless you’ve chosen another one that’s more powerful for you- preferably at the same time of day every day. But improvise and get it done no matter what time of day! I highly suggest doing it in the morning and the evening. It only takes about 10 minutes depending on which meditation you choose.
Give it 3 weeks of commitment to the daily tapping meditations with an open mind and intention before deciding that it doesn’t work for you. And don’t just tap once per day. Use it ANY time you feel uncomfortable, procrastination, or are being tempted back into old unwanted ways.
If it doesn’t work for you then, or you’re really super NOT into tapping, this course will still work for you! Just use Sensational Release or the other bonuses in place of tapping as you heal, reset, and build your new patterns. You will succeed! But one more time- seriously try the tapping for a few weeks! Really, truly, if at all possible. 😉

3) Keep building as much of “The Routine- Your Personal Power Activation” into your day as possible. This is an important part of the rewiring process. It helps rewire those subtle “downward spiral” tendencies that begin before/after you wake up, and snowball into bigger emotions, reactions, habits, overwhelm, and shutdown as the day progresses.
In simple terms, “The Routine” keeps your vibes and attitude up in the morning on a cellular level, to set the tone for your whole day. Make A, B, C, D, and E your non negotiable life priorities for the first 3 weeks (including the morning/evening tapping meditation).
Important: the rest of the items on that list are EXTRA CREDIT. Add as many of the other practices on that list as feels necessary and realistic.
Don’t burn yourself out thinking you have to do all the extra credit- or even any of it! They are there for you to pick and choose from if it feels doable.
If you’re easily overwhelmed, skip the extra credit, focus on items A, B, C, D, and E, and give yourself TONS of extra credit for knowing yourself and taking the easier route, because it offers you your best chance for success!
No matter who you are, take it easy on yourself to avoid burnout. Take heart, and know that you can take it to the next level when you’re ready, and all the things in “the Routine” will help you activate your personal power! You can come back later and add another piece to the routine if you’re at max capacity for now!
Again: just focus on A, B, C, D, and E for sure. These are your deep acting healing and power secret weapons. After the 6 week commitment to “The Routine,” implement them as you see fit into the future! And of course, bring along your own favorite uplifting daily rituals! You’ll find “The Routine” HERE.
4) This is a big one. Check in with yourself repeatedly throughout the day and see how you’re feeling (also included in “the routine”). If you feel less than great- physically or emotionally/energetically, take a moment at that time (or as soon as possible) to engage your healing and power, and reset through your chosen bonus- or a combination of a few bonuses.
Choose from Sensational Release, Tapping, Inner Child Soothing, or Radical Reboot. Or you can simply stop and remember that you have a choice to feel better, then activate that choice and feel into the feelings that you want! If that sounds like a load of BS in the moment, that’s totally understandable! Go into one of the healing options mentioned above in this case.
Also, jump into one of the above mentioned healing practices any time that you’re tempted to avoid your new habits, vibes, etc.- or engage in old those ones your trying to move out of!
Always move as far into body sensations, and as far out of thought related reactions as possible as you practice. This takes time. Be wherever you are with it and keep reminding yourself: “think less thoughts. Drop in. What does this feel like in my body?” This is how you will actually process what you need to in a way that heals and resets the nervous system, correcting the reactions that have been going on autopilot and keeping you stuck- and truly, finally clear those blocks!
You can always listen to or practice the whole Sensational Release meditation if your thoughts just won’t quit, and you’re trying to drop into your body sensations.

This is the first habit you’re creating! You’re giving yourself the time, love and safety you’ve needed for so long, which is making space for the other changes you long for. I honor you so greatly for this.
Step 5) As you practice “The Routine- Your Personal Power Activation” for the first 3 weeks… take the rest of the course as it’s delivered to your inbox.
Important: use “The Routine” and all your healing, resetting efforts as your first habit that you’re making!
Listen to or read the lessons, and do each day’s homework for the next 3 weeks… using those 3 weeks to heal, rewire, and reboot your personal power with “The Routine.”
For each lesson’s homework, use “The Routine” as your habit that you journal about.
And meanwhile, daydream like it’s your day job!
Get all kinds of excited for the NEXT 3 weeks, where you’ll make or break the exact habits, beliefs, vibes, reactions, moods, and other patterns that brought you here… and more!
And then…. we HABIT!
6) To make or break the exact habits, vibes, reactions, moods, and other patterns that brought you here and more, revisit the 3 week “habits” part of this course again to solidify the knowledge you just gained, and put it all into action to make or break your first chosen habit, belief, reaction, vibe, etc.! Follow those emails I send ya! They’ll keep you right on track.
Be sure to do your homework for each lesson every time you build a new habit, reaction, vibe, etc. This is is where the deepest opportunity for self mastery lies.
7) Have a celebration for yourself at the end of the three weeks! Whatever this means for you. Maybe you treat yourself privately, or maybe you have a party! Do what feels best! You totally rule. GO YOU!!
Repetition is extremely important in integrating this type of information and change. Revisiting many lessons, and applying them to your own wanted and unwanted patterns will give you just the right repetition to set you up for success! After you’ve used the 1st 3 weeks to heal, reset, and activate your personal power, you’re going to have an entirely new experience than you’ve ever had before with building and breaking habits, as you move into the habit building round of this course with your own chosen habits!
Beyond the repetition making you more powerful, the honest fact of the matter is this: you’re not going to remember everything you learned after listening to each lesson once, to a point where you’ll really be able to apply all of it to your new wanted patterns for big success without looking back at the details.
Repetition is a built-in aspect of this course for a reason. Revisiting these brief, 6-10 minute lessons is going to help you integrate and solidify the information on more effective levels in your subconscious. And the homework is a priceless, invaluable game changer for every new habit, belief, reaction, etc., that you choose to upgrade.
It’s much more realistic and motivating to have a refresher every single day as you bust into your awesome habit evolution, rather than trying to remember everything you just learned in the past 3 weeks and build and break those tougher habits! Remember, its a breezy 10-20 minutes per day, including the homework.
Give the lessons your full attention the first time you take them. Next time if you prefer, listen in the car, while jogging, doing the dishes, etc. YOU are worth it and so much more! Let’s get this puppy on autopilot in your brain with repetition!
As you go back through the course for the 2nd time, do all of the homework for each lesson according to your own chosen habit.
But as a reminder: use “The Routine” and this reset as your first “habit” that you make and journal about for the first 3 weeks.
And then… have an even bigger celebration at the end of those 3 weeks!
